   • If the client wishes to withdraw his entire website (web files + database + domain transfer), a fee of 4000 Egyptian pounds For preparing and transferring files.

   • If the above fees are not paid, only the domain will be transferred without the website files or database.

3. Usage Rights:

   • After payment and file transfer, the management and maintenance of the site becomes the responsibility of the client or the new assigned party.

   • Tevago is not responsible for any malfunctions or data loss after the transfer process.

4. General Policies:

   • We do not work on any content that violates laws or search engine and advertising policies.

   • The customer is bound by the payment policies agreed upon in the selected contracts or packages.

5. SEO Services Terms and Conditions:

   • SEO and follow-up services prices officially start from the day September 1, 2025.

   • Monthly subscriptions are calculated from the date of contracting and payment, and no unpaid period is deferred or deducted.

   • SEO services include working on the agreed-upon number of keywords only. The client may not add new keywords except with an additional contract or agreement.
